Upholstry, Composites, Fiberglass, Kevlar, Other Aramid Fiber Products Poultry, and Leather
We can corrugate one of the blades, usually the finger blade, of your shears. The little corrugations–a regularly spaced hill and valley pattern cut into the bevel of one blade–could help by trapping the material being cut in the corrugations so it cannot slide and the regular blade can then cut it off as normal. Corrugation is an extra cost item/service and we will quote it for each different case we encounter. Corrugations are also helpful if you are regularly cutting difficult to cut materials such as Cardboard, Leather, Kevlar, Spectra Aramid Fibers, Rubber, Poultry, Meats, and other hard to cut items. The examples just given are generally used in industrial applications.
