Terms and Conditions
- All Products and Services are expected to be paid for when the service is rendered and before any product is sent to the customer, unless prior arrangements have been made with Management.
- All invoices will be sent email to customer and will include a payment link. Once we are notified that payment is made, we will ship product or return items we have performed services on to the customer.
- Goldys Brand is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage that happened during shipment both into us or out to the customer.
- All Shipments are FOB Goldys Brand, Inc. and once shipped the recipient is responsible for the package.
- For sharpening Services, Goldys Brand will make any customer requested changes to the sharpening if the customer is not happy with the result. Goldys Brand will notify the customer is we believe a requested change is not appropriate BEFORE any requested changes are performed. Goldys Brand’s liability for sharpening services performed is limited to the total amount paid for the service.
